The truth about what sales really is and isn’t and the difference between selling with and without integrity (it’s much deeper and more nuanced than you think!)

 

Mindset

How to have an amazing sales mindset and re-set easily anytime, anywhere, even in those moments when you feel totally disheartened and defeated about selling and business! (It happens to EVERYONE, and you CAN drop it instantly!)

Avoid Wasting Time

The #1 thing to make sure you do before any sales conversation to avoid wasting your time and other people’s. (It’s insanely simple – and foolproof.)

 

Sales Tactics

Unscrupulous sales tactics to avoid like the plague (both using and inadvertently buying into anywhere in your supply chain!) that damage brand credibility and send ideal clients running for the hills. These tactics can lead to short-term cash injections but increase churn rate (people leaving and never returning), cultivate co-dependency (AKA needy AF clients!) and make your business much harder, more expensive and more exhausting to run long-term. What the opposite looks like and how you can create a business with outstandingly low churn rate, fiercely loyal customers who are easy to work with and love you for life, and more ease and flow than you can even imagine right now!

Retention

The #1 thing to do DURING any initial conversations whether via email, phone or message to enhance lifetime customer value and virtually eliminate refund requests and drop offs.

Codependency

How to deal with any codependency or ego that might come up in the sales process and how to put it to the side so you can sell more, more easily, and leave others inspired and empowered whether or not they sign up to any of your services or not… (Thereby increasing the likelihood that they’ll return later, even if it’s not the right time right now, and also refer ideal clients to your business on repeat.)

Note, many of these principles will also apply to partnerships, investor relationships, any scenario where you are pitching or “selling” your business, not only with clients! You should leave these 4 days together with renewed confidence about showing up in all of these scenarios.

Trainings will be live each day at 2.15pm BST (London time) // 10.15am EDT (New York time) Monday to Thursday and it’s best to allow 30-40 minutes per day to tune in.
