I’ve spent nearly twenty years in marketing leadership and ten of them coaching CEOs. What I learned is that in a founder-led business, the growth problem, the brand problem and the founder are almost never separate things. You can fix the funnel and still not grow, because the constraint was never the funnel.

So the work moves between strategy, positioning, partnerships, visibility and you, usually in the same conversation. Clients stay nine to twelve months, and by month three we’re rarely talking about what they hired me for.
