I began working with private coaching clients in 2014.
Outside of my mastermind, Magnetic Influence,
I continue to work with no more than 2-3 private
coaching clients at a time, by invitation only.
I specialise in communication, confidence and visibility coaching for CEOs and founders: the leaders who already know their next level isn’t about working harder. It’s about being see, heard and understood in the rooms that matter.
The Work
Most of my private clients come to me because they’re exceptional at what they do and quietly tired of being the best-kept secret in their industry or of being invisible online.
Or because the gap between who they are privately and how they come across publicly has started to cost them.
When you coach with me privately, we close that gap.
We do this through a mix of executive coaching, subconscious reprogramming, NLP and identity work.

We define a vision for your leadership, your voice and your visibility — grounded in your values, your strengths and the legacy you actually want to build. Because tactics without underlying clarity and direction are noise. - A trusted confidant
Every CEO needs a person they can tell the truth to. Unfiltered, off the record, absolute confidentiality. I’m extensively trained, entirely non-judgmental, and used to holding space for things that can’t be said anywhere else. - Your blind spots, illuminated
The sharpest leaders know they have them. My job is to see what you can’t, name it cleanly, and help you do something about it — without flinching, and without flattery. - Communication that carries
Written, spoken, in the boardroom, on stage, on camera. We refine how you say what you mean — with conciseness, presence, and a voice that actually sounds like you. Because visibility without substance is exhausting and substance without visibility is wasted.
Format
Private coaching runs on a 3, 6 or 12 month basis. Sessions are weekly or fortnightly, Tuesday to Friday, by phone or online meeting facility.
All programmes include complimentary access to Magnetic Influence and to any in-person or online events I hold during your term.
